BASKETBALL INDIVIDUAL TRAINING FOR THE OFF-SEASON

An off-season basketball and strength and conditioning program will take place from 06/15 - 07/29 at OAKA for players over 14 years old. 

The off-season program will consist of 6 practices per week, 3 of which will be basketball training with Coach Vagelis Ziagkos and Coach Stavros Mykoniatis and 3 will be strength and conditioning with Leonidas Christakidis.
