McDavid 211 Reusable Cold/Hot Gel Pack can be added to McDavid's own wraps or used inside a thin pillow case to deliver heat or ice cold therapy. These reusable gels are sold individually and are meant to be long lasting.
Features
Can be submersed in hot water for 8-10 minutes for heat therapy, and stored inside the freezer for cold therapy.

The manufacturer highly recommends the McDavid Reusable Cold/Hot Gel Pack should only be used when placed within a "pocket" of a an existing McDavid wrap, or wrapped in cloth so it does not cause frostbite or burns.
The McDavid Gel Ice pack can be added to a wrap or support to achieve soothing heat or cold therapy.
